薬膳料理 Fun Villageでは毎週木曜、美味しい薬膳料理が出ます
薬膳料理とは、中国の伝統医学の考えに基づいた食事のことです
素材は生薬の原料を用いるのが有名ですが、一般的な野菜や果物に含まれる効能を取り入れることも薬膳料理の1つです
旬の野菜を取り入れながら、症状に合わせて食材を料理し提供しています
体質によっても効果が変わりますので毎週メニューは違います
口から入るものからも回復につながるように支援していきたいと考えています
